How to order
Either use the shopping basket & checkout on line You can pay using your credit/debit card via Worldpay or PayPal. Or you can phone us between 9 till 6ish Monday – Saturday.
Occasionally you will get the answerphone – we are probably in the studio or teaching. Please provide us with a contact telephone number. In all cases we will call you to confirm your order and take payment details. Please do not email your credit/debit card details to us.
Payment
Via the secure online checkout using Worldpay or PayPal - We accept Switch, Delta, Access, Visa or MasterCard. For you security, your details are encrypted during the transaction. No surcharge is made for payment by credit or debit card. It is possible to pay by cheque, please phone for details - Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Handprinted. You can also pay over the phone by calling 01243 790 911.
Delivery
Most items are sent by Royal Mail. Standard delivery charge is approximately 10% of order - minimum £2. Any orders over £75 will qualify for free standard. We pride ourselves on our speedy service - If we receive payment by 1pm we aim to send out orders the same day, if not the following day. Heavier items are sent either by Standard parcels (3-5 days) or courier.
We also offer a courier service for urgent items at a flat rate of £8. Orders need to be placed by 1pm to allow time for packing and collection.
For international orders please email and we can send you a PayPal invoice - postage will be charge at cost.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Returns
If you are unhappy with an item – please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. Contact us by phone or email. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Handprinted. Your statutory rights are not affected. The item must still be in it’s original packaging and in mint condition. Cut fabric lengths or special orders are not eligible for a refund.
